TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* Renter must have a valid, government issued photo ID

* Renter must have a valid major credit card for a security deposit.

* DEBIT or CHECK CARDS will not be accepted for security deposit.

* Acceptable forms of payment for the rental charge are cash, credit cards, debit cards, or imprinted company check.
No personal checks are accepted.

* Payment is due at the time of the rental or prior to the delivery.

* Renter is fully and solely responsible for any and all damages to, or loss of, equipment while in their possession.

* Equipment returned after the rental period has expired will incur a late fee equal to one half of the full one day rental rate, per day, until returned.

* Cost incurred due to damage or loss of equipment, or late return, are due upon return of equipment. failure to settle all charges upon return may incur further penalties in accordance with our late return policy.

* All equipment is to be returned in the state in which it was received or a maintenance fee will be charged.

* Please note that all equipment travels in ATA style roadcase.
